The Winchester Model 42 .410 was produced from 1933-1963. This shotgun was manufactured in 1958 according to its serial number. It is in excellent condition, almost able to say completely original condition, but it looks like the receiver has been reblued. Overall, the metal is in excellent condition, with a beautiful 28” vent rib barrel holding all of its original finish with a bright & shiny bore. The stock & forearm are a very nice, checkered walnut with no flaws to point out. There really isn’t anything bad to say about this shotgun other than the receiver being reblued, this is another beautiful one for the collection.
